The focus of our activities is to support prime Systems and Services suppliers with advice and representation on how to effectively and successfully operate in the local market area of the Netherlands.

We focus on long term relationships with foreign system suppliers for equipment and services.

Based on our network, knowledge and experience we are providing advice and consultancy. Moreover we organise and take part in support activities during all project phases including in-service life.

We act specifically in the domains of defense, aerospace and homeland security with Netherlands’ public organizations.

The company, which was established in 1947 in The Hague under a different name, started as a trading company with the focus on service, support and advice for naval equipment suppliers.

Over time the company grew to include other areas, like land defense and aerospace. Based on this the company name ILTO was introduced in 1963.

Since that time ILTO has successfully supported many international equipment and services suppliers in their relations with the Dutch Government.
